Versatel Communications LLC

Versatel Communications was formed in 2013 by Richard Smith, who had been working in the telecommunications industry for close to 50 years.

In 2018, Richard contracted with Eric Meldrum to assume the operations and ownership of Versatel Communications.

Eric, who raised his family in Port Angeles, has a more than 20 year background in Information Technology and Computer Networking, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Washington University, and was looking for the right opportunity in Port Angeles so that he and his wife could return and be closer to their children and grandchildren in Clallam County.
